A: Surprise... your not the only person who enjoys a clean environment = )   we also have a professional house cleaner come every other week  to clean and tidy up all the common areas. 

 

Q:  Is it a private bedroom? Do I need to get my own furniture or bedding for my bedroom?

 

A:  All bedrooms are private with a single occupant only, some bedrooms have shared bathrooms... Just unpack your suitcase and its ready for you to relax and enjoy. The bedrooms are fully furnished including all the furnitures, linens, comforters, pillows, clothes hangers,  and more. 

 

Q: Is there a lock on the bedroom doors?

 

A:  Every bedroom door has an individual lock and key for your privacy.

 

Q: How many people live at the house?

 

A: Most of our properties are four bedroom homes, there is one person in each bedroom

 

Q:  I am looking for a quiet place to live. Is this a party house?

 

A:  This is a community corporate house. The members here are like minded people with busy lifestyles who work hard and are looking to learn, grow and create through their jobs..coming home to relax and recharge. 

 

Q:  What are the other household people like?

 

A: Welcome to the Silicon Valley. The smartest people in the world come to this small area along the peninsula. People here are extremely intelligent, well educated, polite, courteous and promote a positive lifestyle. It's a great opportunity to make new friends.
